Daily Continental Breakfast
A wonderful continental sit down breakfast is served at 8 am on the shared lanai. Two types of homemade bread, hard boiled egg, yogurt, fruit smoothy, local coffee or tea. Honey and fruit from the orchard is served as seasonally available.
Common Area
The guest lanai has a microwave, refrigerator, and tea pot for your use. A collection of books and tour guides is available as well as use of beach towels and mats. The lanai overlooks our lawn and orchard which features a variety of fruit trees. Chaise lounges are available to enjoy some peace on the lawn and the sounds of Wailuku River. A short stroll to the back of the property brings you to an overlook of Wailuku River about 50 feet below.

Deposits:
Your credit card holds your room and you will not be charged until arrival. Payment will be taken at your last breakfast.
Cancellations:
Bookings can be cancelled up to 1 day before 21:00 on the day of check in free of charge. Bookings cancelled less than 1 day before 21:00 on the day of check in will incur a charge of 100% of the booking total.
